Breaking: Major has orders revoked, by questioning Obama’s legitimacy

July 14, 8:55 PM Portland Civil Rights Examiner

This story has been slipping under the Main Stream Media Radar for
some time now.

U.S. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook Filed a restraining order asking
for legitimate confirmation that his Commander in Chief was
legitimately in Office, giving him his orders to Deploy to Afghanistan
with his unit.

Today in a stunning development, the Military rescinded those orders.

This has set a precedent heretofore unknown. The entire US Military
can now not only question it’s orders, a requirement of their duty
when they believe that an order is given illegitimately, but can
expect that their orders will also be rescinded should they question
the legitimacy of the CIC who is the ultimate Authority in Command. In
other words, Obama.

“The Pentagon’s decision to back down rather than risk exposing
Obama’s birth records to the public means that every single American
soldier, sailor, pilot and Marine now holds a ‘get out of war free’
card.

Not only every deployment order, but every order issued from an
officer in the line of command can now be challenged in the knowledge
that the top brass are afraid to respond for fear that their commander
could be exposed for a fraud.,”

Yeah and there was second court case, Rhodes v Gates, where an Army surgeon filed suit to keep from deploying until Obama proved his eligibility. That got tossed and she wound up in Iraq as ordered. Then in Keyes v Obama there were several military officers among the plaintiffs. That got tossed, too. To date none of the cases that have had military personnel as plaintiffs have gone anywhere. Of course the difference is that they were civil suits and this officer could well face a court martial.

Today in a stunning development, the Military rescinded those orders.

Yeah, and how did that work out for him in the end?
