I see now. I don’t know, why?
I think that picture was a proven fake, among the several others that were submitten in a faint hope to present a false past of the messiah. Obama’s hands look like they are broken or in a very unnatural position. It also looks like he is resting his arm on a third knee.

I don’t see any difference in the lettering, however, IMO, that doesn’t look like a young Obama.
