Well just for example for me it´s a little bit different.
I speak german (so saying without the US you would all speak german right now doesn´t make a lot of sense for me).
Ok i admit i would not want to live in some kind of nazi germany so i´m glad that “we” lost the war. But then again
losing the war means that people will get killed. So should i be glad that some allied forces killed my grandfather and bombed my country only because he did nothing wrong then to live in the wrong kind of country during that time?
He died and i was born free years later because of that.
So sometimes its not that easy.

Your grandfather and other relatives that died in the bombing did more than just "live in the wrong country", they stood by and let it happen, they let Hitler and his boys take over most of Europe, kill millions upon millions of people for no other reason than he wanted to grab power.
The communists have done the same and the USA WAS the only country standing between the world and total dictatorship. Now we(the US) have had generations that have stood around doing nothing and letting the devil into our house and we are starting to fight back before Bozo and the boys can make us into what Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Chavez, Castro and others, in the past and present, have made their countries into: He** on earth for their citizens who stood idly by and let it happen.
