Better idea.

Most of them are in downtown areas, no matter how small (like Marion, which is very small).

They need to be able to identify these thugs.

I think they should move GOP HQs to tiny towns like where I live.

Nothing goes unnoticed even in the middle of the night and if it did, the suspect list would be in the single digits as far as locals are concerned.
