Oh, we have already had that here. They end up tasing a few thugs, shootijng a couple with rubber bullets, then we get to spend nine years with the DOJ crawling up the City’s anus, pay a few dozen “civil rights” attorneys a few million dollars, and then settle on a protocol with the DOJ that requires the police to fill out six pages of paperwork every time they ask a street peddler to move along.

Oh, we know what that’s all about here in Cincinnati.

If it comes to my County, it won’t be the Sheriff’s Dept. they will have to worry about. We have hundreds of armed Rednecks who are more than willing to “correct” the problem.

“...not just for new York City anymore-Lawless Rioting...”

Not lawless rioting. The future cadre has to practice control of the streets. Dontcha know?

This is definitely new activity. Post 911 there was a tremendous amount of police presence in Times Square, Penn Station and in NYC in general. Crime had been way down. Over the past six months there haven’t been as many cops out and conditions in the city have noticeably deteriorated. This is not good. I’m afraid NYC will revert back to the pre-Giuliani days when Dinkins turned it into a cesspool.

Nah, been there, seen that.

I was in the 2nd grade when my LEO dad had to come home one night and get his personal shotgun during the festivities of 1968.

Regardless of the Shocked and Awed perception our would-owners would like to create, we're not anywhere near the situation that existed from '67 to '72.  NOT EVEN CLOSE.
