I could take an educated guess as to the race of the perps.
As for the victims, I happened to walk through the T-SQ area last week and noticed a LOT of tourists, which is normal for that area.
Yes, I am well aware of this crime — imagine if the races were reversed; we would still be hearing about it every night on the evening news!!!
Of course I must remind you that the only way I ever even heard of this heinous act was through its reporting on
