Gangs of black criminals place people in danger of losing their lives solely because the attacked people are not black. What is a rational response to that considering that the sole function of the police seems to be drawing chalk lines around the bodies and flagging cartridge cases. My answer is organized self defense. Until people stop ignoring the elephant in the room, my individual answer is to think carefully about where I go and to take measures to defend myself.
