“’South Park’” Threat Leads to New Charge”

SNIPPET: “A second man has been charged in connection with threats made last year against the producers of the Comedy Central program “South Park.”
Jesse Curtis Morton, (aka Younus Abdullah Mohammad) is charged with communicating threats. Morton helped run a website, RevolutionMuslim, with Zachary Chesser. Chesser is serving a 25-year prison term after pleading guilty to a similar charge and to trying to provide material support to the Somali terrorist group al-Shabaab.”
SNIPPET: “In an interview on CNN before the “South Park” controversy, Morton said Islam commands Muslims to terrorize disbelievers. “The Koran says very clearly in the Arabic language ... this means “terrorize them.” It’s a command from Allah.””

New York Islamists: Congratulations to Sheikh Osama bin Laden on His Martyrdom!
Islampolicy, the website run by former members of Revolution Muslim, had this reaction to Osama bin Laden’s death. The image of Osama bin Laden you see is from a YouTube video they embedded. It is a nasheed (hymn) dedicated to bin Laden.
A coblogger, Yusuf in New York, didn’t want to believe the news and had this to say:
But if it is true than May Allah accept him as a Martyr and may he be in the highest level of Jannah. Ameen
Yeah, but you don’t support al Qaeda.

SNIPPET: “An American recently indicted on charges of threatening the “South Park” producers continues to run an extremist website. Jesse Curtis Morton, aka Younus Abdullah Muhammad, is believed to be in Morocco where he runs a pro-al-Qaida site islampolicy.com, the successor site to Revolution Muslim.
“The case is an example of intimidation, forcing silence, while the US goes on killing millions of Muslims and defaming the sacred tenets and people of the true religion,” Muhammad says. “The real reason for this indictment has much more to do with economic work that has been going on behind the scenes of islampolicy and that would potentially push the the [sic] Muslim world toward true sovereignty.”
Despite Muhammad’s claim that he “seeks dialogue” to clarify the “Gestapo like” terrorism charges against him, he and his website still openly advocate violence. The group broadcast statements by Osama bin Laden, the Taliban, and other terrorists, some of which were published under Muhammad’s administrator account.”
