PRAGUE: Barack Obama met Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in Prague last night to sign a landmark nuclear disarmament treaty that slashes their nations' atomic arsenals.
The two heads of state were expected to sign a successor to the 1991 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty a year after the US President called for a nuclear-free world in a keynote speech.
The new treaty, which must be ratified by the US Senate and Russia's parliament to take effect, also imposes limits on the intercontinental ballistic missiles needed to deliver the warheads.
The White House hopes the treaty will help yield warmer relations with Russia, tougher international sanctions against Iran and multinational co-operation to secure fissile materials and prevent nuclear terrorism.

Obama is stupid, his 17 minute “Castro like” speeches and his thinking that America will go along with his lies are proof positive of that fact.
It’s the global elites who are behind him, but can’t stand in front of his stupidity.
The effrontery. To sign this treaty in the noble city of Prague, capital of the Czech Republic. The capital of the country which had agreed to serve as part of the ballistic missile defense of Europe, much to the annoyance of the Russian bear. The missile defense system which was then canceled by the Appeaser without so much as a “How d’ee do?” to the Czechs.

No. Obama's not 'stupid'. If he was, his globalist elite handlers would have put a bullet with his name on it into his brain, just like JFK.
I disagree. Russia will abide by the Treaty, with one little known fact. If the Treaty states that both countries have to get rid of 100 submarines, Russia will get rid of 100 subs that are rusting away in their shipyards, while we get rid of our latest subs. They will destroy thousands of missles that are of no use to them anyway. We will get rid of missles that are still useable.
If they want a true Treaty, they should state that all nuclear missles manufactured within the last ten years need to be destroyed. I don’t like this but people need to understand Russia. Russia will play these games and our President won’t even understand it.
