It would make a difference if our refineries were full to capacity with our own oil instead of enemy oil however.

Thing is we can’t refine it fast enough, then there’s the seasonal blend changes plus this plus that ... so even if all our storage capacity was our own it’d still be slow .. then too Democrats would tax it to $11 a gallon anyway ...
