Most of these so called “threats” seem to be just mere “insults” vs any threat of bodily harm.............rats are lousy at the propaganda game IMO. An their pet presstitutes are just punks looking for controversy .......

More of a YOU SUCK POND WATER versus I’M GONNA KICK YOUR BUTT kinda comments.

I will vote against em the rest of my life due their lies and crimes ........

Stay safe !

Half the population wants to see them beaten to death anyway.

We must keep in mind that those 42 “threats” were not
directed at one person but were divided up amongst the house and senate. Statistically it’s practically normal.

Sounds like they are trying to whip themselves up to a good ole' Martial Law situation. They keep trying add fake fuel to the fire, but that flame just won't stay lit. hehe.

I honestly don’t think that they appreciate the level of excruciating agony that tar and feathers can bring into one’s life.

Especially removal of said items from the scalp area.

And....”Downstairs.”

THAT’S gotta hurt!

Anyone have stats on the number of threats each year during GWB’s tenure?

They are the biggest crybabies. Meanwhile their constituencies continue to commit murder, rape, drug/child abuse, HIV transmission etc and nary a peep from these infants.

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words . . .

And how many of these “threats” arrived electronically?

It is far easier to send a nastygram to congress these days than it was 15 years ago.

A few years ago the media put a cross-hair target on Bush and thought little of it.

Just think about the significance of the threat posed by the dems in Congress! Not only to every single one of current voters (and TEA party members), but to our children and grandchildren.

Increased number of threats or increased reporting of threats. Big difference.

Excellent reporting, kristinn. Far better than the state-run propagandists that feed lies to most of the country.

Thanks for digging in to this. I was curious as to what the numbers were.

If the 42 threats came from CNN's Anderson Cooper's prime demo audience of 25,000, then there might be cause for concern.

That is too funny--probably because it's true.

UH HUH...yet the cindy Sheehan vicious threateners were allowed to assault Bush at his Private Home in Crawford.
And when Bush became a private citizen (with protection), she and her vicious supporters even assaulted Bush (and neighbors)at his PRIVATE home in DALLAS.

They have no credibility.
all the people that are being made examples of right now are going to have a field day in court showing that under Republican Admins, the Fed LEOS did nothing about the “threats”.

30 Governors (including a number of high profile Republicans) got threats last week too. The media’s already buried that story.

Why I never call DC anymore and rarely post.

I’m so angry about what they’ve all done, I am not capable of maintaining a civil tongue.

Funny though, I’ve been getting the feeling that anyone who is saying they wish to see one of them voted out of office or disagrees with their policies enough to call everyday will be treated as a threat.

It’s their kitchen now. They should man up and take the heat or get the heck outta there.

It’s considered a threat to tell them that their policies suck bilge-water.
