I got to a point of recognition several weeks ago. Bill O'Reilly gets into this issue briefly when he says he knows the issue is just some extremist nonsense because he has seen the newspaper birth announcement.
The claimed announcement doesn't say anything about where he was born--it says exactly what it would say if the person writing it was doing so from his actual place of birth in Kenya.
Further, there is real doubt that announcement was ever published anywhere. There is now a developing factual case that would make the announcement another fake by the Obama forces.
"O'Reilly knows". He wants to pick something some distance from the real factual record so that when the truth does come out which he believes it will, it will be easier to disaffirm. He is required to do that because of FOX news policy mandating the issues here are to be avoided.
That's where everyone in the political establishment really is--it is widely known by everyone that Obama was born in Kenya and that it disqualifies him.
So I have stopped thinking about debating the issue. If it ever gets to a court in a trial, I am confident the truth will out. Otherwise, we need to keep thinking about the strategic and tactical considerations involved in developing the financial support for effective relief.

Like that would of mattered, the Republicans would of rolled over for any nominee he picked even after November.
However, since the law is that a President has the right to choose his or her own SC Justices, the Republicans (who, unlike the Dems, follow the law) are more generous in their confirmations than the Dems, who disregard all laws and all decency and personally attack highly qualified men such as Bork and Thomas based on purely political animus.
Nonetheless, I stand by my first comment that it would have been more difficult to get an unqualified radical past a Republican majority than it will be now.
You have more faith in the Republicans than me when it comes to this.
In my opinion Obama could nominate Bill Ares and the Republicans would only put up a token fight.
