you can be sure that who ever he appoints will be very young and on that bench for a long time to come, sadly the GOP hasn’t the balls to fight him on this either and will say we have to work together
I’ve already seen a couple of RINOs on TV saying just that: “Oh we will oppose any far Left radical if Obama tries to appoint one, but, I don’t see us(Rep Senators) ngaging in a filibuster against anyone he wants to appoint.’!!!!!!
