I think the pressure of not being adorned for every word he utters is getting to him. I suspect he is taking something for some “relief” (read booze or drugs) and it is showing in his face. Sometimes he looks quite drained/hungover to me.

I think it is mental health counseling, only they are more than likely limiting this knowledge to the smallest amount of people, just the USSS who will de-facto be in the know, Michelle, the football carrier and other Pentagon staff, a few high level EOP aides, and his mental health professional, know.

They can NOT have this appear on the White House visitor's logs.

I am increasingly convinced even (and particularly), the Vice President is being kept out of the loop on this. I don't think it is drugs--at least not this foray out; that he could have brought into the Family Quarters of the Executive Mansion somehow. Not so a human being, particularly if researched in these post-Salahi days to be seen as being a psychiatrist.
