The Catholic Church needs to cease it's practice of not allowing Priest to marry. It is unBiblical and they are reaping the consequences. I do not think that would weigh in on the issue of homosexual pedophillia one way or the other.
What difference would normal marriage make in the compulsion in a very few to perform unnatural acts?
Had the offender(s) only wanted to engage in what most of us define as sex, we would not even be having this discussion.

St. Paul said that if you are unmarried when you are born again, you should stay that way. Presumably the call to the priestly vocation comes to a young man before he is married.
