Two points:
1. Google is a private company. They can do whatever the hell they want. Just as Drudge can post whatever articles he wants, so can Google.
2. This is only to help build pressure on Google to help weaken a key supporter of Net Neutrality.
PS: Duh.
Net Neutrality will be a fast death.
