Throughout history, we've had some really rotten presidents. Just looking at the 20th century class is enough to cause a double-facepalm. Wilson, FDR, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, CARTER. . . .
Not an Adams, Jefferson, Washington, Monroe, Madison or even Jackson among them.
