LTC knows who he is and how are troops in Iraq and Afghan are being set up to be killed daily because of rules of engagement and Muslim Brotherhood moles now throughout the govt and defense department.
How much intel is being leaked back to the Taliban and Al Queda to kill our troops?

I believe this gives the man standing... To do what?

Re LtCol Lakin... I will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with that man. I will give him my support through his upcoming ordeal. Let us rally behind a REAL American. Maybe the line has finally been drawn in the sand.

He’s having his rights and liberties taken by the state under the pretense that the CIC is legitimate.

I believe Lt. Col Lakin was the officer charged. Col Roberts was just the officer reading him his rights.Oh, duh. You're right. Now I understand why someone else posted "why is this relevant to the story?"
What a goofy statement to insert in the article.

To do what? Make his case in the courts.

Make his case in the courts. As defendant he'll have a ringside seat for that.

Hes having his rights and liberties taken by the state under the pretense that the CIC is legitimate. If he loses his liberties it's going to be because of violations of Article 87 and Article 133 if the story is correct. I imagine there may be others.

here’s hoping the b-——d in the WH goes down...
To: DTogo
To force the B/C issue/evidence. Not going to happen. Neither of the charges mentioned in the article involve Obama.
To: Non-Sequitur; GingisK
I believe that he will not have the opportunity to make his case in the courts. The court will specifically forbid any line of argumentation regarding Zero's eligibility to be President. they'll call it "irrelevant".
IMHO. YMMV. TWT.

Col. Gordon R. Roberts, who proceeded to read LTC Lakin his Miranda rights I call BS on this. The Colonel would have read LTC Lakin his Article 32 (investigation) rights under the UCMJ, not Miranda.

NS thinks he has a crystal ball. If Lakin doesn’t get satisfaction in the military justice system, he will have standing to file a suit for wrongful dismissal against Obama and the government.
