One question I have is, how was Kaczynski’s popularity before the crash? I figured after the PO win, that his approval was declining. How we he be remembered by Poles, even those who didn’t necessarily support his party?

I once had an executive job for a mid sized company.One of our company’s rules, was that if a number of us were traveling to the same destination, we were all to take separate flights so that if the worst happened, it wouldn’t leave a huge void in management.
Never have understood why so many government officials travel together at the same time.
