Wrong. I sent off to the county clerk where I was born in Illnois and asked for a copy of my birth certificate. What they sent me was a computer generated form that looked pretty much like the Hawaii COLB that Obama has shown, with the exact same information fields. The header on it said "CERTIFICATION OF BIRTH." The guy at the passport office accepted it without question. Hawaii only issues the COLB now, and people there are getting passports every day.

The reg # is redacted on that photshopped COLB with suspicious graphic artifacts round on 2007 COLB.
WHY can’t we see his Occindental college reg and transcripts? He had ATTORNEYS block the release?
Because he applied as a foreign (”Indonesian” most likely in this case, he is a chameleon, based on the opportunity)student for the financial aid?
Did you give the guy at the passport office the paper or just bring your laptop with an image from internet? Hmmm? Or tell him to visit a website to view an image on the internet?
