Ya, I just don’t agree with you. The trial will be out in the public domain and no military judge is going to deny a defendant every reasonable opportunity to defend himself.
Now I can see your point in that, the military might try to railroad him, except for 2 things. Most all military cannot stand Zero, and with the public scrutiny any such trial will have, I don’t believe any military judge will try to limit his rights any moreso than would be in civilian court. JMO
