Yipes ... I thought about folks like you when I saw the photos. What a messy nightmare and scary pain in the butt. It made me pretty grateful for being high and dry, and here I was fixing to complain about a little leak in the basement. And to have whole towns underwater, no groceries, no smokes, no beer runs, no Home Depot access ... what a drag!

HUH??? What photos? What on earth are you "gibbering" about? I am obviously missing something. Kindly fill me in on what it is.
