"...I get the impression that Obama and his crew think these sorts of pictures make him look good. Hes sticking it to the man, or something.
The look on Harpers face, I cant read. Hes either cowed or repressing his own anger. He appears to be looking directly at Obamas finger. He is making a fist.
Anyone want to supply a caption?

He points fingers at our allies and bows to our enemies.
Note how Obama is invading Netanyahu's space and points the finger. I commend Netanyahu's self control.

People who are finger pointers usually have repressed emotional anger. They are defending their space with aggression.
I read a journal article recently of a single subject case study in a Journal where a woman who had a lesion on her hippocampus had no spacial body zone recognition. She could be right in your face talking and it did not effect her.
This would make sense for O’Bummer as he has limited use of his logical masculine aspect of consciousness. He is an emotionally dominate consciousness which is why he must use the teleprompters all the time. The hippocampus is responsible for logical, spacial memory storage and retrieval. The amygdala is responsible for the emotional aspect, which he has down pat and uses to manipulate his sheep like a stage hypnotist.
People with dominate masculine consciousness lock on to the memory as though it is in a directory. For example, they can imagine where on the page they read the material and rescan it in their minds.
This is also why his wife is so masculine in order to be his compliment in a relationship.
The repressed anger caused a disconnect that does not allow O’Bummer to use both aspects of consciousness at the same time. He cannot logically remember his speech lines and at the same time appear emotionally sincere. Thus the need to read them! Bill Clinton, on the other hand, while he had a similar issue did not have the anger block which thus allowed him to think on his feet and communicate it emotionally.
