Nope, I don’t approve of someone, no matter the rank, shirking his duty to the troops. I think it comes before his principles. Passing his medical responsibilities off to another is not right in my book, it still takes one doctor with good experience out of the pivture. He should have started this as soon as he found out about or had questions about Obama or resigned his commision. Why wait until this March? He could have refused orders to the Pentagon couldn’t he?

Just perhaps, but logically, that is exactly what happened. The Lt.Col. kept seeing all the evidence grow, public info if you prefer, until he finally made a decision for himself that the truth was not being told and he was at a personal point of time of ignoring or serving his conscience and his oath to the Constitution. I see nothing that he has been or even now is a dishonorable soldier. That there are not plenty of other MD’s to service our troops is a facetious argument.

Actually, resigning his commission would be a surrender to the usurper-in-chief. The officer can assert a defense of supporting and defending the constitution at trial which he would never have the chance to assert otherwise.

There is not one officer in a million who would risk everything on principle as this man has done.

History will record those who stood against Obama, the fraud and tyrant, as the brave ones. Those who submitted to this dirt-bag, liar in the White House will always be known as collaborators in tyranny and facilitators in the loss of liberty of the American people.

This isn't about a birth certificate.

This is about a tyrant with no respect for the constitution. He has unconstitutionally asserted powers not granted to the president, the congress or to the federal government by our founding document.

You know what, it never ceases to baffle me how some of my fellow forum participants circle-jerk people on our side, then bitch because we don’t get anywhere.

This guy stands to lose the pension he could have in two years, and all you can think about is his selfish motives.
