Gerber makes a good product. Benchmade are excellent too.

This is actually my second one. The spring snapped on the first one. No questions asked and immediate replacment. THe best part was that I expensed the knife at work. I was using an old Buck knife on a project with a customer and lost it, so my boss told me that if I could figure out a way for hte receipt to not say pocket knife, I could turn it in.
Lots of stuff gets filed under lab supplies.
