I saw that last night. It was around 10:00 p.m. CST. I was in the house and thought it was lightning.

Methinks it was an ominous warning to that Wisconsin federal judge who ruled that National Prayer Day is unconstitutional.

From the video it looks more like an expolsion in outer space.
