Just heard that C-Span will carry live Senate Hearings of the anti-constitutionalist Goodwin Liu appointment to the 9th circuit court of appeals today at 10:00 eastern.
Sen Sessions (R-Al) opened with friendly comments.
He is now ripping Liu apart with Liu’s own writing, in a friendly fashion of course.
Sessions called Liu unqualified due to (in so many words) social justice approach to constitution.
Liu publicly opposed appointment of Alito and Roberts to Scotus.

117 documents (totaling thousands of pages which were not submitted with intial questionnaire) were given to the Republicans three days ago, on Tuesday night!
