She did her best to sabotage Colorado’s Taxpayer Bill of Rights. Her reasoning was that undermining TABOR was the only way to save TABOR. Doesn't sound conservative to me. She's a McCain puppet. This article also explains more:

To be fair to Norton she was Lt. Gov. when Gov. Owens came out in support of Ref. C&D. Owens split the party on this, with a fair number of Republicans supporting his position.

I did not, I opposed Ref. C&D, but that division, along with divisive Senate and Gov. primaries contributed greatly to the Dems running the table the last two elections.

We shouldn't re-fight those battles but should unify going into the fall. This is too important an election to fight among ourselves.

IMHO, Norton is no RINO and would make a fine candidate. I think Buck would be a fine candidate - my only objection to him is he's little known outside Weld County. But, if DeMint and some other national money comes his way he could remedy that.
