In another example of the left projecting their issues on to conservatives comes the latest report about the brutal attack on a Louisiana Republican fundraiser and her boyfriend outside a fundraising event where Louisiana's Republican Governor Bobby Jindal was in attendance.

I’m still amazed at the absolute lack of media coverage of this incident.
you forgot the sarcasm tag.
When you get attacked in New Orleans you get robbed — LOL. First major clue, no robbery.
Yes and no. I’m fully aware of reality’s ability, especially as currently formulated, to outrun satire/sarcasm. But this incident took a chunk out any remaining naivete I might have had.
“But this incident took a chunk out any remaining naivete I might have had.”
Media bias is the biggest problem in our political system today. I think media bias has contributed to our current woes more than the lobby system, more than extremism, more than corruption.
The general public depends on the media for information, and today’s media in America is willing to spin, omit, and flat out lie for their communist masters in the Democrat party. If the public were informed with the whole story, with limited spin, things would be much different.
The left has also done a phenominal Alinsky job on Fox News. If you bring up information that you heard on Fox, even average, that is to say moderate, Americans will dismiss it out of hand. “Oh, where did you hear that Fox News?!” As if, Fox can’t possibly be right, ever.
I have watched with more than casual interest the media bias play out before me. I never cease to be disgusted by it.
“When the left projects their violent streak on to conservatives”
And with the anniversary of Oklahoma bombings, we will be treated to a 2 hour documentary in which Rachel Maddow will attempt, through old interviews, to project McVey thinking/behavior on to the Tea Party Movement. I was informed about the documentary by my sister, just after she pointed out to me, (in horror), a Tea Party sign that said “We came unarmed, this time”. The left seem to believe that our right to arms may hinder their agenda. IMO Maddow’s time would be better spent on a documentary about the Weather Underground/Ayers, if she could do so without glorifying him and his movement.
I sincerely believe the projection will continue until they can create some kind of crisis, real or imagined, to kill two birds with one stone....1) rid us of our protection and 2) to interrupt 2010 elections. Even though, almost every day, we find ourselves becoming less and less surprised at things that should be shocking to us, I don’t think we’ve begun to see the extent to which the progressives will go to implement their agenda.
According to first person accounts, the attack happened as the couple was walking away, not during some altercation with protestors. They were pursued, attacked and robbed.
