Nope. You were so good at finding yours that I thought I would bow to your superior skilz and let you find it all by your lonesome.

Even assuming good ole Spiro T. wasn't qualified, your argument boils down to someone got away with committing a crime in 1968, so therefore we should allow anyone who gets caught committing the same crime in 2010 off scott-free.
