Does anyone know if NOPD Detective Sgt. Nicholas Gernon has been contacted and shown where to find all the pics and videos online?
Here is a phone book for the NOPD. I think he’s assigned to the Eighth District.

I called both the local CrimeStoppers number and the NOPD to report the existence of photos that may have identified a possible suspect (bearded, auburn hair, pony tail, dirty) after seeing FReepers ID a possible suspect. I also saw this man on videos posted by ‘francisnblake’ on YouTube and reported those as well.
I was asked if I had a name of the suspect, which I did not have.
I then taunted ‘francisnblake’ a bit and he denied any involvement and played the ‘protest had broken up’ card. Couldn’t have been the folks on his video, he said.
About a day later he deleted the videos. So I uploaded one of his videos (which I had saved) to my own YouTube account (to show him his videos were not ‘gone’) and taunted him some more. Shortly after that, he deleted his account.
I suspect he got a visit from the authorities.
Now, all I did was narc him out. FReepers ID’d the suspect (apologies for not linking the thread or crediting the FReepers who did ID him - and he is a suspect, not a perp). I merely forwarded the info on to the authorities.
Perhaps I should have just kept my mouth shut and not taunted ‘francisnblake’. Perhaps if I said nothing his videos would still be up.
I’m not trying to take any credit - because that belongs to the folks at FR who ID’d the guy. I am simply trying to add info to the events that have transpired as I know it.
