Fellow Freepers.

These videos need to viral. Dr. Yuille was that good @ the Plymouth Tea Party. The 2nd set of videos seem to be speeded up, but still are worth viewing to get the totality of this standing ovation speech. It was that good.

Also....

Congressman Thaddeus McCotter was in attendance...

I am paraphrasing but here goes. the Congressman said something profound. He noted Washington can't get a handle on "us" and he might have used the comment they fear us. He noted they are hiring big dollar loafer "K" Street Types to analize us and get a read on us. They are trying to understand us with their heads, but what they do not get is that this movement is from our hearts. And that they can't get that.

One more reason the democrats are becoming increasingly enraged about the tea parties. The blacks are jumping the fences of the democrat plantation at an increasing rate.

Wow, why couldn’t the Democrats put HIM on the ballot for President! It would have been a landslide larger than Ronald Reagan, and we wouldn’t be where we are right now...

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Dr. Yuille for a couple of years, and have been on his show.

This is a wonderful Christian man, a great American, and a true patriot.

And Joshua's Trail is also on Sat. from 4-6 p.m. on 1600 AM. Phil from Westland is in the Round Table on that one.

Next time, we need to put FR on our signs so we can identify our FRiends! A caller to JT on Sat. a.m. estimated the crowd at about 1000-1500 based on the fact that Plymouth City Hall said the park holds about 2000.

F_L....

Parking and driving around Plymouth was a nightmare due to the road work/water main replacement on the 2 key intersections in town.

I wonder how many decided to attend another event just to not have to deal with these issues.

I was hoping to see more, double or triple of last year, but given the road work mabe my hopes were way out of line.

The roadwork and resulting traffic congestion no doubt discouraged many from attending - there was nowhere to park!
We had to park many blocks away. I think the turnout was good considering the parking and that it was at 3:00 and there were other TEA parties in the area.

Fair assessment, I will have to agree.

What Thaddeus said should go national and IMHO So should Dr Yuille, I hope fellow FR-er's are watching his video.

IMHO, I think Thaddeus with his dry humor, humble yet firm demeanor and almost Lincolnesque boring presence would be a welcomed change from the glib front man husters we have now. In other words I think he is VP timber for 2012 for Sarah, I really do (even though I think Mulally is the out of the box game changer).

Yes....And the Ford turn around / cost reduction / streamlining vs. Obama and GM is a very telling juxtaposition of what kind of America do you want. The contrast is stunning.

I believe he would help Sarah carry MI, OH, and IN and be the guy to hand the ball off to to initiate something that Glenn Beck is talking about, i.e. the 50% reduction in the Federal Gov't size.

A gnome at Ford tells me a year ago water cooler talk was in the form of a question and that is "this guy is so good, does he have a career in politics?....

My husband and I estimated the crowd at about 1500. We got there a little late so we missed hearing McCotter speak. My impression of him at the last year’s Tea Party was that his speech was akin to the Gettysburg address in it’s length and succinctness. I was unable to pay attention to the next speaker as I was being interviewed by someone from the Observer who took an interest in my sign. After that, we had to leave so I could take care of my mother, so I missed the key note speaker. It was a beautiful day, and a nice crowd.

I believe social media and email are two of the most powerful tools we have in countering the lies and spin.

Please forward these links to anyone who has been lied to by the media and politicians about the Tea Party Movement.
