I knew a few people who attended the U of Miami and they hated the reputation the school got, back in the day, because of the football teams. Some of the folks included doctors.

It's too bad Schnellenberger didn't stay for the long term. Butch Davis cleaned up the program years ago, but it still has the bad reputation.
