There’s been several attacks recently of blacks attacking Chinese immigrants. In San Francisco, reectly, 2 women were beaten by blacks at a Muni platform. Imagine the outcry regarding hate crimes if it were whites or Asians targeting blacks instead of the other way around. It’s a double standard.

I think Asians are covered by the Federal hate crime law. I’d have to ask Eric Holder for a definitive answer, though.
There’s lots of black bigotry in this country.
If you think about it you may see that the truth is there is only one standard and various protected groups are at one end or that standard and the rest of us are at the other.
