I agree c is horrible for applications. I actually like C#. I know you’ll probably find that awful, but I like it when writing managed code.
It’s a single-vendor solution, and has all the problems of writing code in PL/I. While it is an improvement on writing code in C++, it is a case of Microsoft answering the question in a highly selective way that maximizes their lock-in of developers and users....
