Fraud charges will be made against BO and others involved in the fraud against the American people. Those who worry about riots need to remember that most Americans want our Constitutional laws to be upheld. The nut cases who riot over the results of a football game not going their way, may do their thing and start destroying property of others. If some nut cases do that, I believe tear gas and tasers will be used to take care of the situation.

It can't. Of course not. Yet, right there, on his campaign web site F.T.S., it's stated that a foreign government "governed" Barry from birth and the reason it did, was that Barry inherited that foreign citizenship by way of his foreign national father (no matter where he was born), a fact backed up by Factcheck.org. Assuming, of course, that Sr. was his legal father at birth.
How, then, could he possibly be a "Natural Born Citizen" of the U.S.?

Furthermore:  Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed the parents (or grandparents or other relative) of baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate. A mailed-in form (without mention of a hospital, doctor, or midwife) signed by one of his grandparents (who forged the parent signature(s)) would have been enough to set up a birth record and a birth certificate at the Dept of Health. The Dept of Health would then have automatically sent the names of the parents, their address as given on the mailed-in form , the gender of the child, and the date of birth to the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin. The address given for the parents in the newspaper announcements is actually, however, the August 1961 home address of Obama’s maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham [6085 Kalanianaole Highway], and not the 1961 home address of Barack Obama, Sr. [625 11th Ave].) This notification would then have automatically generated the newspaper announcements. (This was the practice of the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin at the time).

Bottom line: Even IF (big IF) he was born in HI, he inherited his father's foreign citizenship as well, making him a US citizen by US law and the subject of the crown of her majesty the Queen of England by inheritance and England's law. He could not be considered a Natural Born Citizen as known by and as intended by the framers.

When nearly half the nation has serious questions about Obama’s natural born status, then the issue has legs. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY that the Democrats can avoid this issue as the 2010 and 2012 elections approach.

What is amazing to me is that so many people know about Obama’s questionable natural born status even though there has been a nearly complete media blackout on the topic.

By the way, I am DISGUSTED with our conservative media. There are cowards and/or phonies! ( And...This includes the big one: Rush Limbaugh!)

If the conservative media are phonies ( This means Rush) when tyranny comes they will sell their talents to the fascist oligarchy. They will eagerly spit shine the jack boots crushing our necks.

There are indeed a bunch of prayed for's in here--maybe we would get discovery sometime; a debate between Hemenway and a judge over the question of whether Hemenway would get tagged with Rule 11 sanctions for bringing a frivolous suit in another losing cause that was similar to Laken's case.

A nice whine letter from Laken to Obama--of what substantive significance? That argument needed to be made but a letter to Obama was not the place to do it and may not have satisfied even the technical objective for which it might have been dispatched.

This case doesn't look any better from my perspective than any of the others. The possibility exists that counsel is better thought out, organized, and prepared than he appears to be from the comments here.

It has been many years since I have looked at the Uniform Code of Military Justice but in history, there were specific provisions about how an officer was permitted to challenge an illegal order.

But before I ever did anything like that, I would have the documents in hand that I intended to use to make my prima facia case.

And after you have spent the money and subjected your client to the burden of refusing the order; you got to district court; and that you then you ended the day with your best argument being that the judge couldn't levy Rule 11 sanctions against you is sickening.

If you get to an end point in a district court challenge to the legality of an order, you want findings and an order in a form that you can appeal. Because that is where this case gets resolved.

In order to get there, you need to make a documentary filing offering evidence, proofs and legal argument that you would win if you got to trial--that is what the appellate court wants to look at.

Unfortunately also, this position needs to be carefully orchestrated to get that far before the government withdraws the order, moots the claim, and grants the officer a discharge.
