Hold onto your pitchforks, my friends, this could become another 10th Amendment war against the boy marxist and his illegal alien coddling allies.

These people are literally demanding the right to have their compadres continue to illegally enter our country.
The federal government, both parties, have dramatically failed the nation on this issue. They have abandoned any claim to issue through decades of inaction.

Push coming to shove. Maybe AZ can ask the fraud for his BC?

This will push squishy McCain in a corner too. McCain knew Obama was not eleigible but both of them are stooges for Soros.

Are these people representatives from some foreign country? Why do they care so much about foreigners as opposed to the rest of us who are taxed out the rear end to pay for the costs of illegals?

They’re in no position to demand anything, and Obama cannot interfere with state’s business. If anything, the Federal government owes Az. Millions for not securing the border properly.

Whoa, there, guys. Block state legislation? The president? Wow, blatant statism; better rethink that tactic, unless you guys want an escalation.

Hispanic leaders in the House of Representatives

For the race everything yet the Marxist have most whites all flustered over 'racism'.

"Hispanic leaders in the House of Representatives called Tuesday for President Barack Obama Tuesday to act against Arizona's anti-illegal immigration legislation and to throw his weight behind a comprehensive immigration overhaul."

This shows how little these "hispanic leaders" understand America'a Constitutional Republic and basically how very alien they are to our way of life, history, traditions and ethos. They are truly alien to America.

“Reps. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill.”

This is what we’re going to get a lot more of if we don’t find a way to enforce our laws and stop this mass migration! The final authority will be the courts.

Heaven help us.

On the issue of immigration, the Constitution is clear, my power is clear — I'm going to regulate immigration in the United States from a federal level

On the issue of health care, the constitution is clear, the states power is clear, it can only be done at the state level.
That never stopped Democratic Party vermin like Gutierrez from passing the soon to be repealed 0bamcare bill.

Looks like the Hispano-Racists and the Hispanic Ku Klux Klan groups are going after American Citizens exercising their Constitutional rights....and probably preparing to sue Arizona as we speak....

Its time to stop these Hispanic Hate Groups....

Last time I checked, the House was supposed to represent the will of the people, but between immigration and the healthcare debacle, I fail to see how these guys represent anything else except themselves and those like them with an overwhelming need for power and to undermine the great nation we live in.

"The president of the United States should simply say, 'On the issue of immigration, the Constitution is clear, my power is clear — I'm going to regulate immigration in the United States from a federal level,'" Gutierrez said.

All by himself?? Wow. The Constitution sure has changed this year.

I pulled out my pocket copy of the US Constitution and I don’t see where Obama has the power to keep Arizona from enforcing immigration laws. In fact, the only mention of immigration is Article 1 Section 8, where it says Congress is, “To establish an uniform rule of Naturalization.”

Why is he having problems with states enforcing federal laws? I bet Obama would scream to high heaven if states said they weren’t going to enforce Federal firearms laws.
