Yes indeed. The LTC case will most likely never happen. If it goes to trial they can demand discovery and not what the Congress voted on. They will not want discovery so my guess is there will be no trial.
The more this happens - the more obvious he is not eligble and it could lead to a tipping point with the military.
How long will the Joint Cheifs put up with American soldiers getting killed in Iraq and Afghan cause intel is getting leaked to the enemy or our troops are being killed because they cannot fight back due to the usurpers rules of engagement.
