Exactly. I am feeding my children the opposite way my mother fed me. We eat real food including natural fats. While their body types vary, my children are all very muscular with little fat. I was a skinny kid, but as I got older and started trying to eat “healthy” foods (low-fat and artificial sweetener) I struggled with my weight, even as a college athlete. I am now 5 months pregnant with our 5th child and weigh 137 pounds. This is less than I weighed at 21 years old while working out until at times I literally passed out.

As with most subjects, the media and other “experts” are completely wrong on what they've been saying is good for us. And now the government is using this misinformation to limit access to what keeps us healthy.

Yep. My parents ate real food, and so do we. We have no prescription drugs in the house. The only time I've had to see a doctor was for child birth.
2 kids are in college now, one on the presidents list, the next on the honors list. Neither is overweight, both are healthy and glowing.

I see the people around us, and their skin looks gray. They're fat. They're tired. They're miserable. They eat "healthy" according to the politicaslly correct diet dictators. (My guess is these people aren't going to enjoy a very long life. They look like they're half dead already.)
