"citizen" implies current citizenship, not revoked/abandoned citizenship via marriage of the mother of a minor child to a foreign national and subsequent adoption of foreign citizenship.

According to the US State Department, citizenship is not revoked or abandoned by marriage, adoption, or adding a second citizenship (unless the second citizenship is with the specific intent of renouncing US citizenship.)

Yeah I mean you would think that the law was written in order to target a certain fraud in chief or something even though no one pushing the bill has said a derned thing about him.

Actually, under the definition of “Natural Born,” this should require the birth certificates for the candidate and the candidate’s parents. Natural Born requires both parents to be citizens.

A birth certificate for the candidate, birth and/or naturalization papers for the parents. They don't have to be born here, they just have to be citizens.

They DO have to be citizens at the time of the candidate’s birth.

Yep, all part of Alinsky tactics. The only problem is Onada’s eligibility for president questions are now well out of the box.

In the end Marxism is really a juvenile thought process. Laughing off or belittling your opponent only goes so far. If Onada tries to run for president again he will have to produce a credible document establing his presidential eligibility (i.e. native born American)—at least in Arizona. Looks like a check mate to me.

Yes, they should. I’m just thinking that the AZ bill does not actually prove what they think it proves.

It 'looks' like a checkmate; that is, until they add another row to the chessboard and the king escapes. Don't forget, that's how they play.

Who Are You..would be awsome if the tea party sang it. Besides his birth certificate, we don’t know anything about him other than 140 some days in the Senate and he was a community organizer. This should never be allowed. There should be a full investigation by the FBI and CIA on candidates that want to run for office and the full findings of that invesigation good or bad presented to the American people on line to review, including drug test results. From what I hear through the rumor mill for instance his past drug use, he would not be allowed to enter the military, but yet he is the CIC. Other things I’ve heard, using various names, and SSNs. The best one I’ve heard he was a CIA operative...lol I can’t take it!

Best suggestion I've heard all day!

BINGO. Why should the guys protecting Obama have to go through rigid security background checks, but the guy with his hand on the nuclear button flies under the radar!?!? Heck, a little league soccer player has to go through a more rigid background check!

This has got to change!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excuse me? Someone asked me a question. And I am not a “buddy” and you are rude for absolutely no reason. You may certainly disagree with me but that does not excuse your rudeness.
