Nice.

In all seriousness, it is a great thing. It will keep issues like this from being an issue.

Calling a bully’s bluff is great to see. This should get quite interesting. I’ve got some of Orville Redenbacker’s best on standby. That fool isn’t that smart. Give him enough rope and he’ll hang himself. Let’s keep the supply going. Let’s just hope that when the trap door is sprung, those that help enable this fraud will all go with him.

Why did the Supreme Court not take this up before the election, as they really should have?

This is a friggin' nightmare for SCOTUS ...

On one hand, if they take the case and declare Obama to be a natural born citizen, they open up the possibility of an "agent provocateur" - of the type that the Founding Fathers were expressly concerned about. And, God forbid, if a such a person were to occupy the White House in the future [and wrecked havoc on america] - the institution of SCOTUS would be severely tarnished ...

On the other hand, if they disqualify him - they run the risk of civil unrest and what to do about all the laws, EOs, etc. that he will have signed as POTUS ...

I am praying that all 57 states AND territories (I forgot how many we have, 11 or something or other? ;-) will pass legislation like this! Wouldn’t that be the biggest hoot you ever saw?!? LOL! :-)

One state doesn’t have a candidate on the ballot and people with (will) start to wonder what is up with that. The rest is a house of cards.

Never underestimate the stupidity of our countrymen (and women). They put him in office to start with. THEY put the RATS in office in 2006 and have kept them there, adding strength! The bottom line is to deny the required electoral number so that it is empirically impossible to attain the requisite votes in the college.

Obama, What are you Hiding and Why?

"Silence can only be equated with fraud where there is a legal or moral duty to speak or where an inquiry left unanswered would be intentionally misleading." United States v Prudder, 424 F. 2d 1021(5thCir. 1970),cert. denied, 400 U.S. 831 (1970)

according to the constitution, the Democrat party is responsible for properly vetting its presidential candidate.

A successful lawsuit before the supreme court would petition the democrat party to show proof under reasonable suspicion

Keep emailing your state senators and representatives. They're working on it in Idaho.

The Arizona Bill basics - send this to your state people:

Arizona HB 2441

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Section 16-507, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read: START_STATUTE16-507. Presentation of presidential electors on ballot; notice; affidavit; verification

To the right of and on a line with the surname shall be placed a square in which the voter may indicate his the voter's choice by a mark as defined in section 16‑400, and one mark opposite a group of presidential electors shall be counted as a vote for each elector in such group.

B. The national political party committee for a candidate for president for a party that is entitled to continued representation on the ballot shall provide to the secretary of state written notice of that political party's nomination of its candidates for president and vice‑president. Within ten days after submittal of the names of the candidates, the national political party committee shall submit an affidavit of the presidential candidate in which the presidential candidate states the candidate's citizenship and age and shall append to the affidavit documents that prove that the candidate is a natural born citizen, prove the candidate's age and prove that the candidate meets the residency requirements for President of the United States as prescribed in article II, section 1, Constitution of the United States.

C. The secretary of state shall review the affidavit and other documents submitted by the national political party committee and, if the secretary of state has reasonable cause to believe that the candidate does not meet the citizenship, age and residency requirements prescribed by law, the secretary of state shall not place that candidate's name on the ballot. END_STATUTE

Sharon Rondeau nailed it today when she said, "We are the Media. Let’s keep the pressure on, and eventually the dam will break. It has to. Because the truth will always emerge, sooner or later. And you can all be part of making that happen. This national nightmare can be over if we all work hard to spread the word. That’s how they did it back in 1776. And we have many more ways to inform others than they did back then. Critical mass is building -- we’re almost there -- here comes the sun."

I hope the law specifies that the birth certificate must be the long-form original reflecting the hospital and doctor’s signature.

In the end it does not matter because the short form COLB is an abstact that would be subjected to verification against the long form birth certificate and the dingbats in the White House know it.

Will Obama not bend, and simply throw the state ?

He will be one term president. He will not show it. Many other states have the same legislation coming down the pike. He'll be throwing many more states than AZ when 2012 comes around.

Yes. Have any names?

The two that immediately come to mind are Meds and Hewitt - one screens out any call re birthers and the other cuts them off. Both say "birthers" will ruin any chance of the GOP taking back Congress, BUT refuse to hear anybody out. I don't know what to believe as I am not a lawyer - but there appears to be some reason for me not to believe he is a NBC. It would only take him 10 seconds to show us all his doctor signed live birth certificate and we would all go away. I BELIEVE HIS FATHER IS UNKNOWN OR IS NOT THE KENYAN WE ARE TAUGHT TO BELIEVE (Frank Marshall Davis maybe). I keep hearing his mother was not old enough under HI law at the time of birth to confer US citizenship, so he has to get his US citizenship from the father - who is he?

To:
Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick
President Barack Obama
Sen. John McCain
Sen. Jon Kyl

April 21, 2010

This is so embarrassing and stupid that I cannot believe that the STATE OF ARIZONA CONGRESS did it. Oh, Lord, I am so ashamed to be an Arizonan right now.

This is pure racism, and I am appalled. Did you do this with the (at least more valid) issue of McCain’s birth? No. The State of Hawaii, the President’s birth place, has repeatedly, officially confirmed his birth. His certified birth certificate is available online, for all the world to see. Are you telling us the State of Hawaii is part of some nefarious conspiracy? Are you nuts? Other Presidents have not been subjected to this. I know, you will say it applies to all. Don’t even bother to write me back, just undo this embarrassing piece of legislation as soon as possible.

Just because you are part of a pack, does not absolve you of personal responsibility in this matter. Nor does it give you leave to make mealy-mouthed justifications, rationalizations, and excuses about your actions.

Whatever the political reactivity that drives you, you need to understand that you are supposed to represent the people of the State of Arizona wisely and well. If you are not wise or well, at least LOOK at what you are doing. Pretend you are professional, mature, and capable of governing appropriately.

I ask again that you immediately un-do this legislation and would appreciate a public apology.

Does this mean he has to show the original or the phony copy they peddle around? Arizona better put original copy with Dr’s and Hospital required.

My original post...

I paused while flipping channels and saw the show segment. And, once again the real issue is being hidden behind the Waldoesque facade of "Where's The Birth Certificate".

Time after time the hosts of national talk shows, and their guests as well, are too ignorant on the subject to understand that it isn't about the birth certificate and place of birth, but about being a natural born citizen.

As long as the general public is kept in the dark as to the actual issue the longer that the issue can be pushed aside as a "kook/conspiracy/tin foil hat" issue. The moment that a legitimate debate on the issue of natural born citizen is entered into the public will know that the media fronted 'bitspeak' of "he was born in Hawaii" was all a ruse to begin with to keep them in the dark and as ignorant as they pretend to be.

We used to watch cartoons where you had to follow the bouncing ball to sing along with the song. Which cartoon of a news show is going to be brave enough to first broach the subject? I can't say, but it doesn't look good. So far neither any 'news person', nor their news agency, has shown the testicular fortitude to step up to the plate and inform their fellow Americans on the issue. There are no balls on my television screen any more.

The media as a whole, including FOX, is just as complicit and as negligent in not addressing this as Congress.
