The UK is an island. So you take a big ship over to Venezuela or Saudi Arabia...you fill it up with $0.50 per gallon gasoline...you sail the ship under a Chinese flag into a UK harbour...and you let Brits drive on-board to gas up for $5 per gallon.
They save $2 per gallon and you make millions.
