Some 200 million-plus Americans almost two of three in a new poll believe that the United States is more likely to be targeted in an attack either by a hostile military or a terrorist organization because of the policies of President Barack Obama.
A majority also disagree with his newly announced policy against using nuclear weapons against those nations or groups that would attack the U.S. with biological or chemical weapons of mass destruction.
Citing the possibility of either a terrorist attack or a military assault on the U.S. shores, the poll, the first national assessment to address the issue, asked, "Do you think the current policies of the Obama administration are making it more or less likely that the U.S. will suffer such an attack?"
Forty-six percent responded much more likely and another 13.6 percent what somewhat more likely. Only about 28 percent said somewhat less likely or much less likely.
Even a combined 28 percent of Democrats conceded an attack was somewhat more or much more likely. Those categories included more than 92 percent of Republicans and more than 60 percent of Independents.

That what you get when you put a terrorist sympathizer into the Oval Office.
Of course he’s inviting attack.
If we are attacked, then he can take away more of our freedoms in order to protect us.
I question their pollster.
Interesting data here too:http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2010/04/graph_of_the_day_for_april_21.html
My parents were both WWII vets. They’d go ballistic if they ever knew that we have let a Kenyan disarm America and lay it open to attack by even the most backward of countries.
I think that is stretching the results of the poll a bit...extrapolating the results...is it fair to do? After all, 300 million Americans weren't polled. Just a thought.
I do believe we are less safe under Hussein.
zer0 wants to be attacked by the tea party. Thats his enemy.
They are the happy revolution people
“My parents were both WWII vets. Theyd go ballistic if they ever knew that we have let a Kenyan disarm America and lay it open to attack by even the most backward of countries.”
Lost my Dad, WWII vet, late last summer. He was already livid over the whole administration. No matter how much I miss him, I’m thankful he isn’t here to see how much worse it has gotten.
If Obama could manage a well choreographed attack on the U.S. by unknown enemies, he would have his trigger to enact all sorts of laws, e.g., martial law, suspension of elections, etc.
Total: 1,026
White: 815
Black or African American: 81
Hispanic or Latino: 78
I thought that blacks and latinos make up about 30% of the armed forces. Why are whites being killed in disproportiate numbers?

I lost mine five years ago, also a WWII vet. I feel the same way. I am glad of the mercy that he never saw such foul days as we have now.

Very disproportionately, southern whites and American Indians opt for line (combat) specialties, rather than various support functions.

this seems sad. We seem to be losing some of our best and most patriotic guys to this war game. I am sorry, I have lost my will to support eiter of the wars at this time. There is no reason left. Time to come home and harden the US. Make bomb shelters. stock up spplies. focus on borders, reove all foregin nationals here illegally and scrutiniaze all the ones who have come in in the last twenty years. Shoot all terrorists and those who plan terror against our country. Funny as I wrote the last sentence, I realized that it could mean, shoot Tea Partiers for the crrent regime is labeling us as terrorists.
My heart is heavy tonight.
It doesn’t make your heart any lighter, but there are many many of us in the same pickle of heaviness, Soup.

Come to an Appleseed. You’ll feel better.
Don’t despair.
I think the enemy rides a bubble. They failed to steal New Jersey and Massachusetts. Read up on the Warsaw Ghetto and the Maquis in WWII, and the samizdat press within the Soviet Union, should the worst come to worse and tyranny prevail for a while.
Take comfort in the collapse of the Soviet Union. That was the most polished totalitarian state in history, with far more competent, numerous and tough oppressors than what is on tap here. Many of the ‘enforcers’ deserted the dying regime to assist the people, as had previously happened in Romania.
Get yourself and your loved ones prepared for any eventuality, and as Winston Churchill said with regard to a resisting a far more talented and skillful tyranny: “...[W]e shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender . . .”
If freedom dies in the United States it dies throughout the world. We shall prevail because we must prevail. We will do it.

Most of all, do what you can for this November. Should we win, it is not time to stop, but instead the time to begin rooting out 100 years of creeping statism.
Your reply is almost word for word what I was planning to post.
