No. There’s a whole lot of stupid people out there that don’t understand how word processors work. They just put a black background on the text to be “redacted,” and they fail to understand that the text is still there. It just has a black background.
This is why when we see docs come out of intel agencies, they completely delete the text and put in the placeholder [redacted] in the place of the text.
