wouldn’t it be simpler, and less likely to charges of partisanship to require all candidates prove their elligibility?

personally, the problem is more a failure of those charged with keeping the election process honest in the first place.

It does apply to all candidates, although you wouldn’t know it by the calculated ambiguity in the lead sentence. It would force Obama [among others] to show proof.

Unless I am reading it incorrectly, the proposed requirement applies to all candidates. There is no mention of Obama.

If his BC has B Obamma listed as his father, it documents the fact that he is a Natural Born Kenyan Citizen.

This guy ws born a kenyan. There is no getting around it.

We have a Kenyan President. Thats indisputable fact.
