In addition to the Place of Birth the age requirement (35) should not be overlooked.
It should be mandatory in every State that an original birth certificate be submitted for ballot eligibility.
It’s possible, if this idea spreads to some other states, that Obama won’t be on the ballot in some states. The big liberal Democrat states will never pass such legislation. But it’s possible that a bloc of states will not have him on the ballot, which could hurt his re-election effort if it’s a close election.
