ELFRIDA - A U-Haul truck packed with illegal immigrants was pulled over near Elfrida Thursday by Cochise County deputies.
Around 5:30 p.m. Thursday deputies pulled over the 26-foot truck after they noticed it was driving erractically on Davis Road.
After stopping, the driver and passenger bailed from the truck. When deputies opened the back, they found 67 illegal immigrants inside.
The immigrants and the truck were turned over to the U.S. Border Patrol.
So they didn’t hear the news.

Probably trying to beat the “amnesty” rush. Passage of Barry’s “amnesty” bill is going to start a stampede like America has never seen before. They’ll be seeing the dust cloud up all the way up in Canada.

The groups caught are getting bigger. I am used to 15-20, but now they are approaching company strength.
It would have been a slaughter were that truck involved in a high speed crash.

In Seattle we had a kind of different twist on the illegal smuggling. Last week a man was rushed to the burn center with burns on 70% of his body after having been set on fire. This week it was learned that he had been set on fire by the Mexican coyotes who smuggled him into the country because he had not paid them the $6000 that the coyotes demanded for smuggling the victim and his girl friend into the country.

Hey, not everyday I get to see news on here from 30 miles north of my house! LOL. Dangerous situation there. To answer the question of the disposition of the illegals. They are taken to the processing center just outside Douglas and then bussed back to the crossing and herded across through the one-way turnstile.

That is a lot of illegals...guess they didn’t wear a path in the grass though as they crossed the border.
BP will process them, take them to the border, and send them back into Mexico, so they can try again.
