Arizona should tell the President to choose one of the following: (1) read the Tenth Amendement, (2) do his job as the President and ENFORCE Federal law and protect our borders, and/or (3) stick it his ear — or a combination of any and all of the above.

Should the Feds attempt to strike down Arizona’s law (and they will), then Arizona should IGNORE them. Should the Feds seek then to punish them with sanctions of some sort, Arizona (and the other States who value their liberties and the Constitution) should RESIST them. This seems to be the way it’s heading.... And I am getting to the point that I am with Patrick Henry — “let it come!”

AZ should say piss off and if he tries to take over AZ i hope other states including mine come to their defence

This goes against bozo’s agenda and the commie agenda as they need centralised power and now the states are fighting back

California passed 187 back in the 90’s that said illegals couldn't collect state benefits and couldn't put their illegal offspring in public schools at taxpayer expense and the federal courts struck it down as “unconstitutional” which was BS.

An illegal having just 3 kids in public school costs the taxpayers at least $21k per year and that's not including all the extra costs of the students not speaking English that is quietly buried in school operating costs. Even if both parents work they don't begin to pay the taxes necessary to make that up. And that doesn't include the emergency room all expense paid health care plan they use, law enforcement and any number of other expenses directly caused by their actions.

X Amendment has no standing here as federal govt has responsibilty for the nation’s borders. The Ariz AG can and should respond that the federal govt has abdicated its responsibilities regarding border protection. The laws are unenforced and the presence of 11 million illegals is a prima facie case that the US govt has been derelict. Therefore Arizona, acting as sovereign in the absence of federal response, is justified in its actions.
