And so it begins...again, as it once did.
Inspiringly well done video. Says so much with so little.

Look for the federal courts to tear down this impediment to McAmnesty’s “path to citizenship.”

In order to do that they are going to have to ignore a lot of federal law (below). Arizona has raised and called two branches of federal government: the judicial, responsible for interpreting the Constitution and federal law, and the executive, responsible for enforcing it.
http://www.fourmilab.ch/uscode/8usc/www/t8-12.html

We’ve put up with a putative executive for over a year. Now we get to find out if the other two branches of government really believe we are a nation of laws, and not men, or whether it’s just `lip service.’

I wouldn’t want to be a policeman in Tucson right now. I’m thinking a lot could break loose considering that the law now says that “it is illegal to be illegal.” Whew, where do they begin???

and was thinking about apache junction.

My sister-in-law winters there off of Idaho Road...so we're familiar with the area. Superstition Mountain rules the scenario, and it's majestic. AJ is a bit of a biker/white trash suburb, but I wouldn't rule it out either.

No food stamps for illegals
No government assistance for housing
No anchor babies
No jobs to illegals
Proof of auto Insurance
Seatbelts for every person in the car (cops will get this one)
Illegal does not equal just mexican, many peoples from different ethnicities are here illegally. If the cops do their jobs right, there is no way they can be accused of profiling.
English is spoken in America, learn it, or leave.
English is taught in our schools, Spanish is a second language course, nothing more.
Phones answer in english, not foreign languages.
Go thru the process properly, and you have no fear.
Mexican gangs are treated like terrorists, and are shot.
If your arrested and are illegal, your deported.
If you go to a hospital emergency room, you are treated and deported.
If you are found at a jobsite as an illegal alien, your deported and your employer is fined or jailed, perhaps both.

When you refuse to house, clothe, feed, employ, and heal people here illegally. You won’t have to round them up, they will leave. when you make children born in the US, just born here, with no birthright to America, they will stop having babies here. Parents need to at least be in America legally, in the process to citizenship to defer citizenship to a child. If the parents do not complete their citizenship, the child reverts to the parents citizenship, wherever that may be.
People jumping fences will be arrested, photos, fingerprints, the works, then deported. Caught again, Jail time.
It should be clear to everyone, that they do not have the rights or protections of a US Citizen.
I don’t care how long they have been here illegally.
They go to the back of the line, and come in legally.
Until we protect our borders, we are at risk.
Our elections are put into question, our treasure is compromised, and our people are put into unnecessary danger.
Our president is responsible for keeping us safe from all dangers within and without.
Once again, maybe he will do his job. Even tho, IMO he, himself, is an illegal Alien.
the first thing he should do, is send auntie packing.
12 years on the public dole is long enough.

As Rush would say, Right on, right on!”

Everything you said is reasonable and just. Imagine if others were not afraid to think and say the same, sanity would break out and we could shed the misery and woefulness of our condition.

It really is a happy night.

Sort of makes me want to move to Arizona. Except it’s so damn hot. And McCain hails from there.

McCain can be voted out making the state a little more palatable

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

State and local law enforcement officials have the general power to investigate and arrest violators of federal immigration statutes without prior INS knowledge or approval, as long as they are authorized to do so by state law. There is no extant federal limitation on this authority. The 1996 immigration control legislation passed by Congress was intended to encourage states and local agencies to participate in the process of enforcing federal immigration laws. Immigration officers and local law enforcement officers may detain an individual for a brief warrantless interrogation where circumstances create a reasonable suspicion that the individual is illegally present in the U.S. Specific facts constituting a reasonable suspicion include evasive, nervous, or erratic behavior; dress or speech indicating foreign citizenship; and presence in an area known to contain a concentration of illegal aliens.

Interestingly enough, I know several hispanic families who have immigrated into the US legally. They are more upset than I am, that the US does not enforce immigration laws. They say that they went thru a difficult process to become US citizens, and did so for the purposes that they could not be tossed out. That their children would become natural born citizens, and would not have to live looking over their shoulders to be taken away. They say it is with great pride that they encourage Bilingual children, which is an advantage when in the work place. They went thru the effort to insure their children will have an education, a good one, that they can have better opportunities, and a better chance to succeed by their own efforts.
They worked hard for that chance, and did it by the rules. They feel illegals are gate crashers, demanding not to go to the front of the line, but rather, entitlement.
What entitlement they say? They are not citizens, and are not entitled to anything. They have no rights to protest, unless they do so from their home country. They are as mad as me when they see illegal immigrants protesting in US streets. IF they are trying to hide from INS, they are being foolish. The INS should gather them up, and deport them all immediately. I think they are tougher on Illegals than I am. They call them cheaters and say this in not the kind of impression they want to leave the government with when they want to live here. Once they take pictures and fingerprints, they will know them, and it will be difficult to get entry into the US if they repeat offend. Hmmm, I did not think of that.

It’s not about immigration anymore. It’s not about Hispanics.

It’s about self defense.
Repelling invasion and trying to preserve our way of life.
