How many were hired in previous censuses?

And I think the Post Office could have easily taken care of it ... for free.

750,000 workers???

Amazing

Big government at its worst, and its most foolish.

I got 3 pieces of mail from the dimwits in Washington about the census:

First, on March 8, I got a letter telling me that census forms were coming.... Sorta like Paul Revere=the census is coming..... the census is coming....

Then on March 15, I got the actual form, which Question #1 says : ON APRIL 1, 2010, HOW MANY PERSONS WERE (past tense) LIVING IN THIS RESIDENCE? There were 9 other questions, which I answered about half. It is none of the Feds business whether I own my house or am renting. ....

Then on March 22, I got a postcard telling me that I had to hurry up and mail back my form. I cannot fill it out and send it until I determine how many people WERE living with me on April 1st!!!

That is 3 separate pieces of mail +++++ 750,000 census workers? Sheeeeesh!

A great number of registered Republicans in the county next to me never got anything. A number of Democrats reported to the local talk show host that they got 2 of everything. I can only guess how the Democrats handled that, as ACORN was very busy in Las Vegas & Reno in late 2008.

IF you have a post office box for an address, you didn’t get anything. Where I live, there are more people using post office boxes than having house delivery. TOOOOOO many thieves taking mail out of the boxes- even pried open the ‘cluster boxes’ which were supposed to deter that sort of behavior.

So, who knows how many people here in N Nevada got counted correctly?
